My Journey

Hi I'm Jenn B

Slower-Paced Pilates was something I struggled to find on my own wellness journey 
 

This inspired me to become a certified Pilates instructor and pursue a certification in pelvic, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises

Through my training, I became stronger, more flexible, and significantly more mobile

And now, I would be honored to support you on your wellness journey too

Pilates

We Breathe, Lengthen, Rotate, Flex, and Stabilize as we move through various Pilates exercises designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone.

Each class is 90 minutes...a 60ish minute workout followed by 30 minutes dedicated to your Questions...what you felt, what you didn't feel, what you weren't sure of, how to get into that position that just didn't make any sense to you. We'll cover it all!

Core Activation

Corrective exercises challenge your deepest core, engaging body parts you didn't know you had to improve your foundation for movement and relaxation!

Feelin' The Love

“I’ve been waiting for Jenn B for literally decades!!! I can’t tell you how many fitness classes I’ve started and stopped because I knew I was out of alignment, not achieving the right postures or positions, and understood that when you repetitively practice doing something wrong, you’re locking in a whole lot of bad habits! 

I was frustrated by fitness coaches and instructors who would tell me to “just keep practicing, you’ll get it.” I knew I wouldn’t “just get it.” And I didn’t want to get really good at doing things that were going to manifest as painful physical issues later. 

When I met Jenn, she reaffirmed my thinking. Her whole focus with her Pilates practice is getting the fundamentals right before practicing any of the movements. That means checking alignment and body placement, isolating the desired muscle groups, and learning to breathe properly (rather than holding my breath!) before you get into any routine. She is acutely tuned in to what her students are doing and guides you through adjustments so you aren’t getting good at doing it wrong. 

So, if you’re just starting a new practice or have tried many others and are frustrated because you haven’t achieved the results you desired, take a class with Jenn and see for yourself how much better it feels to learn to align your body properly and then create a practice that will actually strengthen and heal your body.
